NORTHBROOK, IL (January 6, 2006) – Funeral services are pending for retired Evangelical Covenant Church pastor Carroll Lind who died at Covenant Village and Brandel Care Center in Northbrook.
Lind was a member of North Park Covenant Church in Chicago. In addition to his pastoral service, he worked for some years at Covenant Bookstore in Chicago.
The service will most likely be conducted in the Engebretson Chapel on the Northbrook campus with Chaplain Quentin Nelson and North Park pastor Douglas Johnson officiating. Survivors include a son, Jim, who lives in Michigan.
