All of his pastoral service was in the Canada Conference. He served in Kinistino-Brockington and Norquay-Hyas, Saskatchewan; Minnedosa, Manitoba; and Camrose and Malmo, Alberta.
Campbell retired in 1984 and served several interim pastorates. He served on many conference boards and committees and was a leader in the camping programs of the conference.
Campbell was born Nov. 9, 1921, in Durban, Manitoba. He graduated from the three-year program at Covenant Bible Institute, received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Manitoba, and studied for a year at North Park Theological Seminary.
In 1951 he married Helen Peterson. In addition to his wife, survivors include sons Hugh and David as well as a daughter, Twyla Fletcher.
