WHAT AN AMAZING WEEK! I just returned from a wonderful week in Playa de Carmen, Mexico for our annual MERGE Staff Meeting. As you can see from the pictures above we had a great time hanging out and experiencing Mexican culture but we we also spent a lot of time in documents and presentations. “Mergies” pride themselves on being prepared, thus a week of meetings in sunny Cancun. Personally I took some time to just soak in comrade of fellow missionaries and reflected on the contentment in my life of being at the right place at the right time. Although the MERGE staff have a WIDE VARIETY of personalities and cultures, I feel like we all have a few qualities in common: Servanthood, observation, adventurous spirits, love the Lord, organized, and relational.
