CHICAGO, IL (September 9, 2010) – Offices of the Evangelical Covenant Church (ECC), Covenant Trust Company (CTC) and National Covenant Properties (NCP) will be closed tomorrow (Friday) as part of the move to a new facility at 8303 West Higgins Road in Chicago.

The physical move of files and equipment will take place over the weekend with all offices at the new location fully operational during normal business hours beginning on Monday.

The main switchboard will not be operating in the 5101 North Francisco Avenue building on Friday, and individual extensions in that building as well as 3311 West Foster Avenue also will not be operating.

Voice mail for all Covenant offices will be discontinued at 5 p.m. today (Thursday) while telecommunication systems are rerouted to the new location, resuming at 7 a.m. tomorrow (Friday). However, voice mail messages in most offices will not be retrieved until Monday, when employees have access to the new telephone system.

Although the CTC offices will not be staffed on Friday, a special telephone routing system will forward calls received during the day to appropriate CTC staff.

Going forward, all mail should be sent to ECC, CTC and NCP offices at 8303 W. Higgins Road, Chicago, IL, 60631. All current telephone numbers will remain the same, as will email addresses.
