Waiting…
It just seems like everyone is waiting and wondering what is going on with the church plant. A common question is, “so how is it going with the church plant?” “Well,” I think to myself, “we haven’t started yet.” I suppose in many ways we have started. The ECC is supporting the church plant, Fiskebäcks Missionskyrka is supporting it too…we are waiting for the Swedish Mission Church (SMK)…but as a wise person once told me… “You don’t have to wait to share the Gospel, just do it!” So, right now there is not too much information going out…we are waiting with the May NewsLetter because we want to share what the SMK says…perhaps we’ll just have to move ahead…while we wait…
We are waiting, but we are having some good contacts like Sara Petersson who lives in Brunnsbo and is a part of the Baptist church downtown. She also wants to start a new church, but downtown. COOL! There are other people who also want to reach out!!! So, step by step we are moving in the right direction and on Sunday it is a prayer walk in Brunnsbo, Fiskebäcks Missionskyrka is also invited to come along. I hope it is good weather so several will come and see Brunnsbo too.
So, if you feel as if you are waiting for something more to happen with the church plant…well, you are not alone.
