I guess it&#8217;s a good year to have Rollo Dilworth at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.covchurch.org\/connection\">Connection<\/a> and the NPU Gospel Choir for the opening night of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.covchurch.org\/midwinter\">Midwinter Conference<\/a>.\u00a0I live in Colorado, and could not journey to Chicago for the 15 year Anniversary Concert on Saturday night. My loss. Apparently, it was quite a night of worship.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>If you were there, please respond with your comments and reports on this blog. We&#8217;d love to hear more.\u00a0<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-536 alignright\" style=\"margin: 10px; border: 10px solid black;\" title=\"gospel-choir\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/40\/2008\/11\/gospel-choir.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/>\u201cThis was one of the most incredible nights for me \u2013 not just musically, but in my whole life,\u201d declared Dilworth, who has guided the choir since 1996 and has been asked to direct choirs around the world. \u201cI will be forever changed!<\/p>\n<p>The audience\u2019s appreciation was expressed throughout the evening\u2019s performance, beginning with extended applause as the choir entered and punctuated throughout with shouts of \u201camen\u201d and hands raised in praise. Afterwards, audience members described the evening as \u201camazing\u201d and incredible!\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Read the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.covchurch.org\/cov\/news\/item6706\">whole article<\/a>. Rollo is teaching 2 workshops and leading an event choir at Connection. He is our guest artist, along with the NPU Gospel Choir, for the opening evening of worship at Midwinter.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-report-this\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.covchurch.org\/wc?moderation_action=report_form&#038;object_type=post&#038;object_id=535&#038;width=250&#038;height=300\" class=\"thickbox\" title=\"Report This Post\">Report This Post<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Well.
