{"id":371,"date":"2016-04-07T20:39:49","date_gmt":"2016-04-08T01:39:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.covchurch.org\/resantana\/?p=371"},"modified":"2016-04-08T10:20:58","modified_gmt":"2016-04-08T15:20:58","slug":"to-ecuador-we-go-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.covchurch.org\/resantana\/2016\/04\/07\/to-ecuador-we-go-2\/","title":{"rendered":"to Ecuador we&#8230;.go?!?!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-size: large\">Sorry for the long silence!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large\">I decided to take a break from social media for a while so I could really refocus and &#8220;unplug&#8221; (such an overused word but SO appropriate!) and just take. a. break.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large\">It was really nice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large\">Anyway&#8230;.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large\">Well, a lot of changes and planning has happened and we are super excited to say that:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large\">WE ARE GOING TO ECUADOR IN <strong>MAY<\/strong>!!!!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large\">Now, just hold on a second&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large\">&#8230;<strong>we will be coming back in late August\u00a0<\/strong>(like we mentioned in this <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.covchurch.org\/resantana\/2016\/02\/16\/a-financial-update\/\" target=\"_blank\">post<\/a>)<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>to continue fundraising, but we are so excited that we can get started and join in on the different ministries and projects in Ecuador, start ministering as Merge staff and working with different teams coming down,\u00a0start re-connecting and connecting with our friends and co-workers, and be able to start looking around for a place to rent&#8230;which we are all super excited about, but&#8230;going to Ecuador also means that: <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large\">we get to see our family and friends!!!!!!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large\">It truly is such a blessing to be able to live and do ministry as short-term missionaries in another country where we have family and friends&#8230;familia y amigos&#8230;.conocidos! (as they say!)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large\">We are pretty excited! and I would say that they are too! <\/span><\/p>\n<h5>(I, Elizabeth, haven&#8217;t seen them in over a year!)<\/h5>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large\">So, as soon as we have our plane tickets purchased, we will get some dates up on the sidebar so you can journey with us during our summer in Ecuador and see where we will be and what groups, ministries, churches we will be partnering with at different times.
