I appreciate the CEUM’s continual recognition of God’s involvement in all of life. Some of the ways they do this are through praying before and after every trip and giving thanks for God’s provision of equipment.
Just recently they had a service of dedication for the new truck and motorcycles for the CEUM President and Vice-President. After the Sunday service the congregation moved outside and surrounded the vehicles. President Jules Mboka expressed his deep appreciation to Covenant World Mission for this demonstration of their commitment to the CEUM.
President Mboka gave thanks for God’s provision in that this truck became available in Kinshasa when the Toyota dealer did not have any for sale. Thank you Lord.
A Toyota LandCruiser hardtop and 2 motorcycles were purchased in Kinshasa and shipped to Gemena by air.
To give you an idea how they get a truck out of the cargo plane, watch this video of unloading a vehicle for World vision earlier this year. Fascinating, creative, bold and a bit scary.
