Powerful messages at Midwinter Conference

February 2-6 found us in Chicago for the Covenant’s Midwinter Pastors’ Conference.  This is always an important time of networking with friends old and new and this year was no exception.  I was really stimulated by the following two messages.  The first is by President Gary Walter.

Gary Walter’s message at Midwinter

CHICAGO, IL (February 6, 2009) – What does it mean to live a life worthy of Christ?
That was one of the questions posed by Evangelical Covenant Church President Gary Walter in his message during the closing worship service of the Midwinter Pastors Conference that concluded today.

The following message was given at the Friday breakfast by Gary Haugen, the founder and president of International Justice Mission.  It was a message we all needed to hear and I encourage my readers to listen too all these clips.

Make the Goodness of God Believable
