Great news story from Keith Gustafson in Congo. In addition to what is written in this story he said that “people also commented that even though there was heavy security that didn’t mean that there were soldiers with big guns all over the streets.” Interpretation: when we encounter heavy security in Africa it has always meant that you see soldiers walking around with machine guns. That’s quite a contrast to what was seen in DC.
