Just this past weekend workers were scurrying to get doors and windows on these guesthouse rooms, because a group of more than 50 people were coming on Monday.<\/p>\n

It is Tuesday now, the second day of the ag development co-operative seminar, and we have almost 60 participants.<\/p>\n

\"blog<\/a><\/p>\n

The dorm bungalows and meeting room are not finished yet, so we were thankful to be able to house many people in the director\u2019s unfinished house.<\/p>\n

\"blog<\/a><\/p>\n

Cooking for a group of 60 is daunting, especially over open fires, but our team was equal to the task.<\/p>\n

The first day participants were treated to a tour of the CEFA farm.<\/p>\n

Then they gathered to hear from God’s word and to share their stories, to hear about the successes and the failures, so that all could learn together. \u00a0What a super encouragement to host this seminar, to see that people are learning and growing and finding hope for their everyday lives. It’s true, there were some stories of stifled work because of the presence of military due to the state of the country, but by and large the news was positive. \u00a0Roy mentioned that some of the shining lights were Fulani farmers!! \u00a0We hope and pray that these village ag co-operatives and many others can move forward as we hope and pray for healing for this land.<\/p>\n
