Here are some images of our time at the beach thus far. We have been here since March 28th, and have enjoyed many different configurations of friends before, during, and after our Covenant missionary fellowship. Sometimes serious and worshipful, sometimes laughing and playing, but all times thankful for this place and the haven it is to us at this unsettled time in our lives!

\nWe had an amazing Easter service on the rocks, enjoying God’s creation while we listened to John & Letha Kerl share about the work of the Spirit in our lives. We were each asked to pick up a rock or shell before the service, and as they spoke, it was made clear that we were to try to listen to God’s Spirit, and the renewal that is so very available to us, and to try to think about what we were clinging to in our lives. Letha traced a cross in the wet sand next to the rocks, and one by one, as we were ready, we placed our rock or shell on the cross as we gave up whatever it was we felt we needed to let go of. The wondrous thing was that right after all of us left our burdens on the cross, the tide came up and washed it all away! Washed away! Free and alive! God is good!<\/p>\n
