North Pacific Conference
Mosaic Covenant Church in Hillsboro, Oregon, closed. Formed in 2006, the church had an average attendance of 86.
Cascade Covenant Church in Bend, Oregon, closed. The church formed in 2001 and had an average attendance of 60.
Vietnamese Covenant Church in Beaverton, Oregon, withdrew from the denomination. It joined the denomination in 1985 and had a membership of 22.

Sierra Vista Covenant Church in Auburn, California, closed. It joined the Covenant in 1986 and had a membership of 15.
Southeast Conference
Commissioned Disciples Covenant Church in Stone Mountain, Georgia, closed. The congregation joined the Covenant in 2005 and had and had an average attendance of 25.
Full Deliverance Covenant Ministries in Florida City, Florida, withdrew its membership. It joined the Covenant in 2004 and has an average attendance of 125.
