Graduation!\u00a0 June 9 at the Protestant University auditorium 18 RFIS students graduated!\u00a0<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_796\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-796\" style=\"width: 419px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/42\/2011\/06\/6-11-Grad.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-796\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/42\/2011\/06\/6-11-Grad.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"419\" height=\"295\" srcset=\"http:\/\/blogs.covchurch.org\/ziegelbaur\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/42\/2011\/06\/6-11-Grad.jpg 419w, http:\/\/blogs.covchurch.org\/ziegelbaur\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/42\/2011\/06\/6-11-Grad-300x211.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 419px) 100vw, 419px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-796\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">RFIS Graduation<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The following day many of them set up displays for a combined open house.\u00a0 It was fun to see their creativity, taste their snacks, and brouse photos or watch slide shows of their lives on computers.\u00a0<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_800\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-800\" style=\"width: 367px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/42\/2011\/06\/6-11-open-house.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-800\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/42\/2011\/06\/6-11-open-house.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"367\" height=\"490\" srcset=\"http:\/\/blogs.covchurch.org\/ziegelbaur\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/42\/2011\/06\/6-11-open-house.jpg 367w, http:\/\/blogs.covchurch.org\/ziegelbaur\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/42\/2011\/06\/6-11-open-house-224x300.jpg 224w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 367px) 100vw, 367px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-800\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Friends sign T-shirts and Cameroon flags at Open House for Graduates<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>And that same weekend many families started the grand exodus from Africa to their passport countries (USA, Canada, England, Germany, etc) or back to their countries \/ villages of service in Cameroon, Chad, Central African Republic, and\u00a0Gabon.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>They say 1\/3 of\u00a0the student population changes each year.\u00a0 That is a lot of transition for returning\u00a0students.\u00a0 Every year is like an entirely different school body.\u00a0 Pray for these amazing students and the transitions they are going through this summer; whether returning to their passport countries and adjusting to that culture, or returning to Africa after a period of time in their passport countries, or anticipating a new school year with very different dynamics and new friends &amp;
