In an excel spreadsheet, include the following information regarding students in both your junior high and senior high youth groups: full name, mailing address, email address, parents&#8217; names -if you have them, the students&#8217; anticipated year of high school graduation, and the name of the church they attend.<\/p>\n<p>What will the information be used for, you ask? North Park University will make contact with the students, explaining where they received their information (from you&#8230;you could give definitely give them a heads up beforehand too) and provide them with an &#8220;opt-out&#8221; option at that time. From that point on, if they do not opt out, North Park will include them in the regular communication stream of the University.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Not <a href=\"http:\/\/www.covchurch.org\/connection\/registration\/\" target=\"_blank\">registered<\/a> for YWC 2012 yet?
