On Monday, January 30, the concluding workshop, dinner, and worship service of Youth Workers Connection will be held at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare Hotel in partnership with the Midwinter Conference. We will provide transportation to the Hyatt Regency O’Hare on Monday afternoon; however, you are on your own for transportation to the Hyatt Regency Chicago following the evening worship service. If you are interested in staying at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare following the conclusion of Youth Workers Connection, please be sure to make a separate reservation with that hotel beginning Monday evening. The rate is $125 (plus tax) per night for a single-quad occupancy room; please call (800) 233-1234 by January 4, 2012 to take advantage of the Midwinter Conference pricing.
Please notify either hotel of any special needs related to handicap accessibility in the facility. For double occupancy reservation: Those sharing a room (other than with spouse) must give name and city of roommate on the reservation when calling in.
