Well, there&#8217;s good reason for that dynamic&#8211; reasons that pertain to you, the key leaders and the critical party.<\/p>\n<p>I just finished an excellent web article in the Alban Weekly: <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.alban.org\/conversation.aspx?id=7308\">The Power of Feelings<\/a>.<\/em>\u00a0William Kondrath (pastor and astute leader) recalls an incident between himself, the church board and an outspoken parishoner.
