Completion and occupancy is anticipated in early 2007.<\/p>\n<p>The retirement community opened in 2000. In December of 2003, the 82-unit assisted living campus was expanded with 104 residential living apartments and an attached community center. In 2004, a 37-bed, Medicare-certified skilled nursing facility was opened.<\/p>\n<p>The facility has initiated the &#8220;Priority Choice Club&#8221; for people who may desire to live in the new units and to receiving ongoing information.
