The U.S. team plays Sweden in New Haven, Connecticut, Saturday with hopes of extending its 12-match winning streak on the Visa Skate to Salt Lake Tour. The team is 19-0-0 overall.<\/p>\n<div>The U.S. national team will be trimmed to 20 players Monday as it readies for the 2002 Winter Olympics women&#8217;s hockey tournament February 8-24 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Wendell, the top scorer for the team during last year&#8217;s regular season, is likely to make the team as a forward.
