President David G. Horner presided over the commencement convocation and assisted Provost Margaret J. Haefner in the conferring of degrees. Lindsay Strobridge, an employee at National Covenant Properties, gave the commencement student address. A 4.0 student (on a 4.0 scale), she is a native of Grand Rapids, Michigan, and attended First Covenant Church during her childhood.<\/p>\n<div>Founded in 1891 by The Evangelical Covenant Church, North Park University is located on Chicago&#8217;s north side and enrolls more than 2,800 students from around the world.
