His Penguins hit 14 shots from 3-point range in\u00a0 raising their record to 2-3 for the season.<\/p>\n<div>Meanwhile, in Evanston, Illinois, another Covenanter was hitting\u00a0 long-range shots in a losing cause. John Clark of Redeemer Covenant\u00a0 Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma, made two 3-point shots for six points in a\u00a0 69-61 loss at Northwestern University. Clark&#8217;s Bucknell University team is 0-4 on the season.<\/p>\n<div>As Anderson and Clark make a name for themselves in Division I men&#8217;s\u00a0 basketball, another with Covenant connections continues to shine for\u00a0 North Park University in Division III basketball action. On Wednesday,\u00a0 Cal Ecker had 17 points and eight assists as the Vikings defeated Judson\u00a0 College 87-73 to move to 4-1 overall.<\/p>\n<div>Ecker, who is from Arden Hills, Minnesota, made three shots from 3-point\u00a0 range and his team made 14 overall, one short of a school record for a\u00a0 game. Four family members have played basketball at North Park in the\u00a0 past.
