This position reports to the Annual Meeting manager and is responsible  for coordinating all aspects of the Annual Meeting registration process.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities include assisting in the mailing of credential and  registration materials, gathering new church information for the  credentialing process, photocopying and faxing documents as needed,  tracking various information and documents, responding to inquiries  regarding entered data, maintaining detailed payment records, serving as  a member of the Credential Committee, and managing the registration  process during operating hours at the Annual Meeting in Grand Rapids,  Michigan.<\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will have a valid driver&#8217;s license, the ability  to travel to and remain in Grand Rapids for seven days, and an  intermediate-level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and other  database software, e-mail and Internet systems. The individual must have  excellent problem solving, project management, and customer service  skills and must demonstrate a high level of professionalism and  interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in English.
