In 2006, Lake Beauty Bible Camp served 6,200 individuals in its camping and retreat facilities. The camp has an annual budget of nearly $1 million.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities include a commitment to the mission and vision of Lake Beauty, interacting with 64 member churches, promoting philanthropy, leading staff development, providing program oversight, and providing spiritual leadership and financial management.<\/p>\n<p>Desired qualifications include graduate-level degrees in ministry and business with the capacity for credentialing in the Evangelical Covenant Church.
