CHICAGO, IL (March 7, 2008) \u2013 In preparation for the retirement of Evangelical Covenant Church President Glenn Palmberg, a special book of letters is being assembled for presentation to Palmberg during the 123rd Annual Meeting in Green Lake, Wisconsin.

\nPalmberg has developed numerous friendships and professional relationships with individuals from around the world during his nearly 10 years as president. He also has encountered hundreds of Covenanters at any number of Covenant events throughout North America.<\/p>\n
The book of letters project is designed to provide an opportunity for individuals to share the many memories that have developed during his terms in office.<\/p>\n
The guidelines are fairly simple:
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Limit contributions to a single standard letter-size page (8.5 x 11 inches) with a one-inch margin on all sides
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Within those space constraints, be as creative as desired in terms of artwork as well as text
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Do not fold the letters – place them flat inside a larger envelope to facilitate proper binding in the book
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Mail letters to Sally Johnson, Evangelical Covenant Church, 5101 N. Francisco Avenue, Chicago, IL, 60625
