North Park was  the only CCIW school on the men\u2019s side to receive the honor.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOver  the past few years our team has earned their fair share of accolades,  however the NSCAA Academic Award is clearly my favorite,\u201d said North  Park Head Coach John Born. \u201cThe 2006-2007 team really understood what it  took to be successful, not only on the field but also in the classroom.  I hope and trust our first-year players on the current team will follow  the great example set before them.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In order to qualify for the  award, a team must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or  above.
