GREEN LAKE, WI (November 12, 2007) \u2013 More than 250 teenagers from across the Central Conference of the Evangelical Covenant Church will gather November 16-18 in Green Lake for JesuStyle, a triennial youth event organizers liken to a mini-CHIC.<\/p>\n
Jeff Mazzariello will be the speaker for the Friday through Sunday event. Mazzariello is pastor of spiritual formation at Marin Covenant Church in San Rafael, California, and a former executive director of the Covenant Bible College campus in Windsor, Colorado.<\/p>\n
The event is organized and sponsored by the Central Conference.<\/p>\n
In addition to inspiring students to model Christ currently, organizers hope the event will whet the appetite for students to attend CHIC, the Covenant\u2019s national youth gathering, says event chairperson Anders Johnson, youth pastor at Grace Covenant Church in Iron River, Michigan.<\/p>\n
Green Lake is the site of The Feast, a family conference to be held June 24-28, 2008, just prior to the Covenant Annual Meeting.<\/p>\n
