When submitting names for  consideration, it is strongly recommended that potential candidates have  a minister&#8217;s profile on file with the Department of the Ordered  Ministry &#8211; and that the profile has been updated within the past year.<\/p>\n<p>The  committee is responsible for nominating a candidate to be voted upon by  delegates attending the 2008 Annual Meeting in Green Lake, Wisconsin.
