\nThe website \u2013 \u201cHaving The Conversation<\/a>\u201d – offers practical resources and tips that will help families convey respect for the decisions of aging family members, while addressing the fears and guilt that younger family members often experience.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are committed to a respectful, dignified lifestyle for older adults, and we saw a definite need to provide information for families that wasn\u2019t being filled,\u201d says spokesperson Moraine Byrne. \u201cFamilies want to talk about these issues, but often don\u2019t know where to begin.\u201d<\/p>\n

An estimated 76 million Baby Boomers live in the United States and many are facing conversations with aging parents about life decisions, Byrne says. CRC is applying more than a century of experience of working with families in creating the new program.<\/p>\n
