The Inauguration Through a Photographer’s Eyes<\/a><\/p>\n

Warren Dillaway, a staff photographer with the Star-Beacon newspaper in Ashtabula, Ohio, was part of a 43-member group, organized by the Ashtabula chapter of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), that traveled to Washington for the event.
