This position leads a staff of more than 200 individuals as part of the overall operation that includes a residential treatment center, a multi-program school, three group homes (located off-campus), an extended day treatment program, and other community services, including a Family Treatment Center and a training academy.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a flexible leadership style and provide visionary leadership. Qualifications also include excellent communications skills, especially with staff, constituents, benefactors, Covenant entities, and local and state political figures. Good administrative skills are essential given the complexity of the operation and the constantly changing needs.
A master’s degree in business or human services administration with an emphasis on clinical treatment of children and families and supervisory experience is desired, as is knowledge of state and federal policies and procedures regarding licensing and accreditation, and a willingness to support the mission of the home and the Evangelical Covenant Church.
