PHOENIX, LA (November 27, 2006) – The task seems overwhelming, but members of Hillcrest Covenant Church and other volunteers have proven equal to the challenge as they labor to help rebuild the community of Phoenix. Here are some of the scenes from that theater of bustling activity.
