The event will begin at 10 a.m. and continue until 3 p.m. on the church’s main campus at 2222 Palos Verdes Drive North. Admission is free for the entire family.
Along with viewing hundreds of hot rods, muscle cars, antique and classic cars, this event will also include music, food, shopping booths, games and a bounce house for kids, as well as a charity drawing for lots of great prizes.
“Come and have your car washed by U.S. Marines from Camp Pendleton,” say the sponsors, “and support a worthy cause and enjoy the car show all at the same time.”
Funds raised at the car show will go to support the needs of military families at Camp Pendleton in Oceanside, California, through The Navigators ministry in conjunction with Rolling Hills Covenant Church. Items for sale will include jewelry, beaded silverware and bowls, scarves, and ponchos handcrafted in South Africa.
The fee to enter a car is $25 prior to September 21 and $35 thereafter. The entry fee includes two free lunches, a limited edition car show tee shirt, a dash plaque and a goodie bag.
For further information or to obtain car entry forms, please contact Erin Cook at 310-521-5272 or visit the car show website.
