ALEXANDRIA, MN (September 29, 2009) – In February, 3,000 teenagers across the world participated in the first Online Missions Trip, which was organized by Tim Schmoyer, youth pastor at Alexandria Covenant Church.
Another trip has been scheduled for January 31 – February 13, 2010. Resources for pre-trip training as well as how to follow up on contacts made during the two-week trip are available at the website. Schmoyer asks participating churches to register on the site.
The Internet provides Christians the easiest opportunity yet to “Go and make disciples of all nations,” he says. He adds it is crucial that Christians make use of the opportunity.
