This year round, full-time ministry serves 25,000 guests with an annual budget of $3.1 million. Responsibilities include staffing, ministry planning, program development, and financial management.
Qualifications include a minimum of a master’s degree in a related field and full-time experience working in Christian camping, preferably as a director. A more complete job description is available upon request.
