RIVER FOREST, IL (December 14, 2000) – Keith Peterson scored 14 points and Jason Collins added 11 as North Park University (NPU) moved to 7-1 with a 60-43 non-league victory over Dominican University December 11.
Peterson, the leading scorer for the Vikings this season, added three of NPU’s 13 steals and had five rebounds. Collins made three three-point baskets and had three assists as the Vikings allowed their fewest points of the campaign.
Brandon Donaldson paced NPU with seven rebounds while LeRon Kittrell topped the Vikings with six assists.
NPU heads to Texas to face the University of Texas-Dallas December 18 and McMurray University December 20.
