2021… How many of you are walking by faith? \u00a0How many of you feel that you have no idea how this year is going to pan out; how to make plans for this week, this month??? Do you feel like you are walking blindly? You have an idea, a desire, a calling. \u00a0You know where you need to end up. \u00a0But are you patient in waiting for the process to get there? Are you patient in waiting for doors to open? Do you try to plan absolutely everything out before you even say ‘let’s go’? Do you just start driving knowing\u00a0that you need to to get going and that you will discover the passable roads, and the direction along the way. Are you compelled and convicted?<\/p>\n

I want to encourage all of you to take that step, that leap of faith this year. \u00a0No matter what it looks like. \u00a0A new course, a new way to attend university. A new way to love on your neighbour amidst COVID19 restrictions. \u00a0A new way to partner in missions; local or global. \u00a0 We are not alone and usually what is already prepared for us and waiting, is far greater than anything we could have ever imagined.<\/p>\n

I couldn’t have imagined calling Argentina,\u00a0a country 11,000km away, a different culture, a different language; HOME. \u00a0But it is, and I am so grateful for the peace and confirmation of this. \u00a0I am currently in Nelson, BC awaiting processes and paperwork to be able to return home. I admit that I don’t always wait patiently.\u00a0 I had hoped to be able to visit all of you; and I have been able to connect with several churches and friends here. \u00a0Zoom, FaceTime, video calls… technology has been a blessing.\u00a0I pray that I will be able to connect with many more of you before I head back to Argentina. \u00a0And even when I am there; that we would continue conversations and connections.<\/p>\n

Ministry in Argentina continues while I am in Canada of course. \u00a0January was a month of baptisms. \u00a0Just a reminder that it is summer there! \u00a0New churches are being brought into the Covenant fold and rural outreach was able to begin again as restrictions lifted.<\/p>\n

I am so excited to get back to Argentina and share even more with all of you about these ministries and how we could partner! \u00a0I welcome and for opportunities to\u00a0\u00a0zoom, Skype or have a call with you! \u00a0Please contact me and we can arrange something. I also have a video that I can share with your church if you like.\u00a0I am excited to share that God still, very strongly and firmly, calls me to serve him in Argentina. \u00a0My new home. \u00a0The current plan is to return home to Bariloche, Argentina as soon as possible. Obviously God has other ideas and plans since I’m still in Canada.\u00a0 I am excited about the new conversations with Serve Global and IPEA and the ECCC (Evangelical Covenant Church of Canada) and how much closer we are all working together!<\/p>\n

I am only waiting for some miscellaneous items for Serve Global to complete, borders and immigration papers, and then I will have a date of travel to share with you all! \u00a0Everything is ready to ship and meet me there. \u00a0I am ready to travel at a moment’s notice.<\/p>\n
