It&#8217;s August Already?"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 class=\"null\"><strong>Now faith is confidence in what we hope of and assurance about what we do not see &#8211; Hebrews 11:1<\/strong><\/h1>\n<div><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gallery.mailchimp.com\/c43a2dcd3b904c37e9bebf03e\/images\/6879a311-cb2c-4291-873b-966e6b07b5d9.jpg\" width=\"618\" height=\"463\" \/><br \/>\nWhere did the month of July go? \u00a0It has been a very full, and very busy month for me. \u00a0I left Canada and arrived in my new home country of Argentina. \u00a0This has been a month of reconnecting and catching up with old friends. \u00a0There have been many, many conversations about this past year and at times, my heart was very full. \u00a0This has been a month of sharing some deep conversations about walking in faith, especially when we don&#8217;t see, don&#8217;t understand, and sometimes don&#8217;t agree with the path; and of course, all in castillano (Argentine Spanish). \u00a0We seem to be understanding each other although there have been some great laughs as we each try to explain something. \u00a0A mi me like; greek\/griego yogurt and so much more!<\/p>\n<p>I have truly been cared for here. \u00a0I am absolutely part of so many families. And I know, very strongly, in my heart that I am where I am supposed to be. This was also confirmed when Pastora Leliana in Neuquen shared Isaiah 41:9-10 during a powerful time of scripture.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gallery.mailchimp.com\/c43a2dcd3b904c37e9bebf03e\/_compresseds\/f9cfa2fb-d632-46f7-be34-d4148925bf00.jpg\" width=\"200\" height=\"150\" \/>We&#8217;re on our way South\u00a0<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gallery.mailchimp.com\/c43a2dcd3b904c37e9bebf03e\/_compresseds\/4019e1bd-16c5-45cd-830d-587f3a3c5658.jpg\" width=\"200\" height=\"150\" \/>\u00a0Love the keys here<br \/>\nSharing wedding Memories with Pastor Ivan and Pastora Sandra, their family and other friends.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gallery.mailchimp.com\/c43a2dcd3b904c37e9bebf03e\/images\/fdd1351e-86da-41da-a29f-079a069ae32e.jpg\" width=\"220\" height=\"293\" \/><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/gallery.mailchimp.com\/c43a2dcd3b904c37e9bebf03e\/images\/91567808-f6af-468d-9b34-3ef17d1ffd79.jpg\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/>That&#8217;s a lemon tree<\/p>\n<p>There are so many wonderful memories here and it actually feels like home. \u00a0I&#8217;m surprised at how much I remember and can find my way around. \u00a0I am getting settled in Bariloche, have keys to my home where I am staying, have my bus pass and know my way to the school.<\/p>\n<p>Oh and I almost forgot, you are all enjoying wonderful heat waves, times at the beach and on the lake and I am enjoying second winter. \u00a0Cold rain, frost, snow capped mountains very, very close by.<\/p>\n<p>I am looking forward to August, to a time of recharging and resting; to starting full time language studies and seeing how and where Christ is showing himself.\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div><strong>Prayer and Praise<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>I continue to be thankful and grateful\u00a0for each and everyone of you. \u00a0For your prayers, your support, your friendship and your presence in my life.<\/p>\n<p>Praise and gratefulness for the ECCC and the ECC &#8211; it is exciting, wonderful and I am humbled to be a part of this family &#8211; to be a Canadian Covenant Missionary! I am proud to be an ambassador for Christ with the Covenant!<\/p>\n<p>Praise for the financial support that has already come in and for the support that has been pledged and on it&#8217;s way.
