Keep Kristi in your prayers<\/dd>\n<\/dl>\n<\/div>\n

Please pray for Kristi as she adjusts to a new living situation, makes friends with the women at ALC and finds her niche in the ALC Community. \u00a0Pray for her language learning and for the adjustments of living in Bangkok. \u00a0May the Lord be her strength and her might as she navigates her way through the concrete jungle every day.<\/p>\n

Pray for Nat's mom<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Yesterday Nat (holding the guitar) brought her mom down from the northeast to get medical attention in Bangkok. \u00a0After repeated nose bleeds that have only gotten worse, the local physician wrote a letter to give her acceptance into a big government hospital here (praise God!). \u00a0In the process of all the pain and heartache of many dead-end situations, we rejoice over this turn of events and even more importantly, her mom and sister’s heart who have turned to Jesus as their Savior (all of heaven is rejoicing) . \u00a0Please pray with us that Mom Tan and little sister Nawm would grow in their understanding of who God is. \u00a0Pray for healing and God’s peace!<\/p>\n

Please pray for Wit's sister<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

We are so thankful that Wit is coming to worship with us. \u00a0He works also works a 6 day week about 1 hour from ALC and takes us a bus back to the community to be with us on Saturday nights. \u00a0He has hoped to bring his sister with him but her infected thumb from a work accident has kept her home in pain. \u00a0With diabetes we know it may take awhile to heal and so we pray for God to enter into this situation and bring healing to his sister.<\/p>\n

San prepares Purse Straps<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

We thought you might like seeing one of the under-workings of putting together an ALC purse. \u00a0San, \u00a0takes the cut straps to the stairwell and using a candle, she melts the ends so that they won’t ravel. \u00a0 Later, they are sewn into the purses you buy from ALC Crafts!<\/p>\n

Pray that as we receive new orders for new purse styles, that we would not grow weary of doing our very best and that we would honor God through all that we produce at ALC. \u00a0Feeling very thankful for this team here….God is among us and stretching and growing us. \u00a0All praise and glory to HIM.<\/p>\n

June 25, 2012\u00a0\"\"<\/a>Yesterday, \u00a0Wit and Noi met with us for our weekly study to learn more about who God is. \u00a0 Wit is an eager learner and wants so much to be a “good” person. \u00a0We wait for that day when he is able to clearly see the goodness of God in its entirety and know His grace in his life.<\/p>\n

Last night, Wit’s sister went into diabetic shock and was admitted to ICU. \u00a0Wit called asking for prayer. \u00a0Pray with us that she would be healed and that our words and actions would reflect God’s heart for her. Pray that both Wit and his family would experience God’s presence and love in this situation.<\/p>\n
