These concern the requirements for the building for the center, required equipment, proximity to water, cleanliness, toilet facilities and more.<\/li>\n<li>The group compared two health centers to the national norms, taking pictures where appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>They then prepared a report which was presented to the Minister of Health for the South-Ubangi province, the medical head of the Gemena health zone, other government health authorities and the local neighborhood leaders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The response of the government authorities was to toss out former reports and demand that changes take place.\u00a0 WV Ledia Project Manager Justin Kazadi told me that upon hearing the group&#8217;s report he commented, <em>&#8220;I&#8217;m going to throw out\u00a0<\/em><em>all the reports I&#8217;ve received because they are false.\u00a0 This is a true report of the state of the health centers.&#8221;\u00a0 <\/em>Immediately the local neighborhood leaders decided to take action to improve the bathing area and toilets for the health centers in question.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_3796\" style=\"width: 470px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.covchurch.org\/ekstrand\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2018\/04\/citizen-advocacy-group-overall-concept-800x600.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-3796\" class=\"wp-image-3796\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.covchurch.org\/ekstrand\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2018\/04\/citizen-advocacy-group-overall-concept-800x600-300x228.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"460\" height=\"350\" srcset=\"http:\/\/blogs.covchurch.org\/ekstrand\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2018\/04\/citizen-advocacy-group-overall-concept-800x600-300x228.jpg 300w, http:\/\/blogs.covchurch.org\/ekstrand\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2018\/04\/citizen-advocacy-group-overall-concept-800x600-768x585.jpg 768w, http:\/\/blogs.covchurch.org\/ekstrand\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/2018\/04\/citizen-advocacy-group-overall-concept-800x600.jpg 788w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 460px) 100vw, 460px\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-3796\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">This drawing on the wall gives the concept of what these groups are working for: that all three concerned parties;
