{"id":3397,"date":"2014-11-15T23:06:31","date_gmt":"2014-11-16T03:06:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.covchurch.org\/delp\/?p=3397"},"modified":"2014-11-16T00:09:32","modified_gmt":"2014-11-16T04:09:32","slug":"dreams-really-do-come-true-im-proof","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/blogs.covchurch.org\/delp\/?p=3397","title":{"rendered":"Dreams Really Do Come True, I&#8217;m proof"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: center\"><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.covchurch.org\/delp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2014\/11\/Clinic-Kim-4.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-3398\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.covchurch.org\/delp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2014\/11\/Clinic-Kim-4-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"Clinic-Kim 4\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" srcset=\"http:\/\/blogs.covchurch.org\/delp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2014\/11\/Clinic-Kim-4-300x199.jpg 300w, http:\/\/blogs.covchurch.org\/delp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/9\/2014\/11\/Clinic-Kim-4.jpg 460w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I knew at the age of 10 years old that I wanted to be a medical missionary after visiting Kenya, Africa and being exposed to medical missionaries. \u00a0From that early age, I wanted to help people-to work with Jesus to heal. \u00a0This has been a dream for SO many years, and this past week, it became a reality.<\/p>\n<p>After a medical\/dental team came down to work in the clinic in Cayambe a few weeks ago, Pastor Jose and I talked about why I wasn&#8217;t seeing patients in the clinic. \u00a0I didn&#8217;t think I COULD see patients in the clinic. \u00a0He seemed to think that it wouldn&#8217;t be a problem for me to see the kids in the Compassion Center. \u00a0I starting wondering too why we hadn&#8217;t thought about this. \u00a0We talked through it together with others, reviewed what Compassion International expects, talked to a doctor here in Ecuador to see his thoughts.
