Feeling a bit closed in and claustrophobic, like this unfortunate macadamia?\u00a0 We\u2019re going to get through this, my dears! \u00a0Let\u2019s cry out to the Lord for mercy and do all we can to protect ourselves and others.\u00a0 Let\u2019s get creative about how we might help others and get our minds off of ourselves!\u00a0 \u201cLet us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful.\u00a0 And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds.\u00a0 Let us not give up meeting together (in cyberspace at least!) as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another \u2013 and all the more as you see the day approaching.\u201d Heb 10:23-25.\u00a0 We hold hope for that day, but we can also hold hope for the day when we can look back on Covid19, and be free with hugs again!!<\/p>\n

We are establishing relationships with the local people groups through compassion ministries; Roy through agriculture and Aleta through public health and visitation, in order, ultimately, to share the good news of Jesus the Messiah with them. CAR is one of the least developed countries in the world and is currently in continual crisis (since the coup in March 2013), so reaching out in compassion is key to reaching their hearts.
