{"id":6131,"date":"2020-02-20T14:40:36","date_gmt":"2020-02-20T13:40:36","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blogs.covchurch.org\/danforth\/?p=6131"},"modified":"2020-02-20T14:40:36","modified_gmt":"2020-02-20T13:40:36","slug":"water-at-the-back-2-eden-farm","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/blogs.covchurch.org\/danforth\/2020\/02\/20\/water-at-the-back-2-eden-farm\/","title":{"rendered":"Water at the Back 2 Eden farm"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The pieces of the reservoir for the Back 2 Eden farm waited just a little bit for the arrival of Sam &amp; Anna\u2019s stateside family friends, the Johnsons.\u00a0 They arrived on Monday at 5pm and Tuesday morning, regardless of jet lag, the whole family helped assemble the reservoir frame. We ladies were actually on our way to shop for the Masinenge soup kitchen, but were not pressed for time so we pitched in to help. Many hands make light work and about 600 nuts and bolts and not even an hour later, it was ready for the lining.\u00a0\u00a0 We were working against time &#8211; a soon to arrive rainstorm, and the reservoir is now filling with rainwater!\u00a0 We are grateful when people care enough to join us in our work here in S.
