Thank you for joining us in praise and prayer concerning the following: <\/p>\n

The replacement generator arrived and we have electricity and running water full time again! We are so very thankful for all the hours that Luke and his crew put into the arrangements and the pick-up (in the capital, a 14 hours’ drive over crummy dirt roads) and the installation of the motor connected to the turbine. We thank God for his provision! <\/p>\n

We had a marvelous trip to visit our Jesus following Fulani friends who had moved to a village a 2 days’ drive from us. It was so good to see them again and worship and pray with them. The village is still a mix of believers and seekers, and we would ask for prayer for a letting go of the division that seems to be developing, that they would live together in peace and unity. Thank your for your prayers for our safe journey! We had a great time with our ministry buddies Jan & Kim, and we talked and sang so that the miles seemed to fly by! Or was that Roy’s foot on the gas pedal, anxious to make the trip a quick one?? <\/p>\n

We were able to visit with a Musxlim regional leader and give him scriptures in script that the Fulani can read. We saw him again 5 days later and he said it was a joy to be able to read the books we had given him. Pray that the Word would sink in, deep into his and his people’s hearts. <\/p>\n

We’ve finally had a big rain, alongside a couple of very light sprinkles, so the grass is green again and plants are perking up!<\/p>\n

We’re making great headway with our home assignment preparations. Our calendar looks full and pretty set, though we are still waiting on a couple of churches’ responses.<\/p>\n

There has been great progress made on the land documents for CEFA this past month, so we may actually have them in hand in March!<\/p>\n

We will be hosting our regional coordinators, John & Letha Kerl, and also our friends Jeff & Carolyn Stoker, the third week in March here at Gamboula, before we head to our Covenant missionary fellowship; hopefully a week of renewal and refreshment and joy.<\/p>\n

Please continue, as always, to pray that God would use us to shine his love all around and about, especially to our Fulani friends.<\/p>\n
