CEFA’s contract workers are having meetings to brainstorm about the future of the farm and extension work.\u00a0 Funding will most likely be there through 2020, and they must dream big into this next phase.\u00a0 They are bringing in income from farm products, but they have to decide how to manage the project.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Roy presented the calendar, explaining to all about our date of definitive departure from CAR at the end of August 2019, and the continuation of funding through 2020.\u00a0 on the blackboard below, underneath the dates, the French reads “feasibility study vs. uncertainty”.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

There was plenty of interaction and suggestions, and they’ll have their next meeting May 21, having had a couple of weeks to mull over what was presented and talked about.\u00a0 \u00a0Please pray for the CEFA employees, that they would come up with a reasonable plan that not only survives but serves the community and shines God’s love.<\/p>\n

We are establishing relationships with the local people groups through compassion ministries; Roy through agriculture and Aleta through public health and visitation, in order, ultimately, to share the good news of Jesus the Messiah with them. CAR is one of the least developed countries in the world and is currently in continual crisis (since the coup in March 2013), so reaching out in compassion is key to reaching their hearts.
