This little old lady, who looks like her arm could be broken as easily as a toothpick, is very full of energy and spunk!\u00a0 Roy was surprised to see her working hard in her ag co-op\u2019s garden, enthusiastic about growing food for her family.\u00a0\u00a0 When I see friends like her, and I see my own husband who is no longer a spring chicken but runs around like he\u2019s 30, and I think of our folks who are still going strong (Roy\u2019s dad just turned 90) it makes me pause to give thanks for their presence in my life.\u00a0 It also causes me to want to make sure each of these loved ones knows I appreciate them, that I am so very thankful for their love and influence in my life.<\/p>\n
