We had a 3 hour layover in the New Jersey\/New York airport on our way to Woodstock, CT, last week, so we sat down in a cute little restaurant to have a cup of tea. \u00a0BUT, we had to figure out how to use an e-tablet for a menu! \u00a0Ah, saints preserve\u00a0us!! We scrolled and chose by touch what we wanted and tried to summon a waitress by again scrolling and clicking and entering…no luck. \u00a0 We have to say the staff was very courteous and helpful once we got their attention the old fashioned way, by waving and saying “help!, please”.

CAR is one of the least developed countries in the world and is currently in continual crisis (since the coup in March 2013), so reaching out in compassion is key to reaching their hearts.
