\"to<\/a>Okay, so it’s not a pig. \u00a0But isn’t this silly and sad at the same time? \u00a0The cow is skinny and tired enough that it’s okay with sitting down for the ride to the market. \u00a0What self respecting cow would put up with being in such a contraption if she had the strength to fight it? \u00a0This particular cow will probably be in people’s cooking pots tomorrow. \u00a0The Fulani are the ones who are the cattle herders around here, and because they are far from the lush grazing of C.A.R., their cattle are dying of hunger. \u00a0This comes on top of their having lost their homes and possessions and in many cases family and friends. \u00a0Their cattle are the center of their lives. \u00a0Pray that peace and healing and reconciliation might come quickly, that the Fulani would be again welcome and safe in C.A.R.<\/p>\n
