This little guy (photo courtesy of Timothy C.)is doing what we all need to do.\u00a0 Chillin’!\u00a0 Worrying or flustering are pretty useless in terms of changing things, especially country sized things.\u00a0 I really like this comment from our dear friend and colleague AND father-in-law to our oldest son:<\/p>\n

“To be honest, it does get old living as if you might have to run at any moment. In your heart, you ignore the threat and live normally. Life requires that. However, in your head or conscience, a small voice keeps telling you that to be responsible you must take \u201creasonable\u201d precautions. And that is where it gets knotty. What is reasonable?????? Of course, without the ability to predict the future, \u201creasonable\u201d, to my way of thinking, means just acting sensibly in the light of what you know at the moment. What that means, bottom line, is lots of prayer. Prayer is really the ONLY measure we can take with any real power to affect the outcome.”<\/p>\n

Please keep praying with us, that C.A.R. would become stable, that healing would come to this people and this land.<\/p>\n
