No way!!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Yes, courtesy of Tim &amp; Ann Wester, missionary colleagues, we watched the opening ceremonies of the Olympics last night, AS IT HAPPENED!!!! Now, to help you understand how excited we were to watch the Queen jump out of the helicopter and to see Mr. Bean help play the theme from Chariots of Fire AND to see the Central African, Congolese, and Cameroonian teams march with the other countries you have to understand that up until the Westers got cable or satellite or whatever it is they have, we would watch, say, the superbowl, 2 months after the fact, off of a recorded DVD. Also, because the games are in London this year, that is only one hour different than our time zone! We are establishing relationships with the local people groups through compassion ministries; Roy through agriculture and Aleta through public health and visitation, in order, ultimately, to share the good news of Jesus the Messiah with them.
