We recently had a wonderful 10 days of complete relaxation at the beach with dear friends Tim and Helen Smith.\u00a0 We laughed and played games, ate alot, walked on the beach and watched movies, ate alot, did puzzles and some of us body surfed, ate alot, and did I mention we ate alot???\u00a0 (Roy and I each came home with at least 5 extra pounds that, well, they weren’t in our suitcases!)<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

We kind of were diehards to finish one of the puzzles by flashlight<\/p>\n

If you look closely you can see the evidence of a body surfing crash on Tim’s forehead.\u00a0 We are so thankful his immediate symptoms subsided over time, that first hour was a prayer filled one as he recovered from whiplash like symptoms along with possible concussion.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

And, of course, here’s Roy, Johnny Appleseed of Africa!\u00a0 His pockets and arms are full of tropical almonds – very tasty if a little difficult to get to.\u00a0 You need to pound on the shell with a rock or hammer to get to the small coconut tasting inner nut.\u00a0 Hey, if you go for a walk without a bag, Mr. Danforth, be careful not to lose your shorts from pockets filled too full!!!!<\/p>\n
